    For an efficient and effective swimming style, technique training combined with proper endurance training is essential. Training sessions should each include a technique section, an endurance/stamina section, and a sprint section to ensure proper swimming time and energy management during competition. Regular input from a swim coach is crucial for this to work.

    Benefit from personalized training with our top coaches. We'll tailor a plan to meet your needs. In addition to technique and endurance training, we can also support you with your training planning. Book your first 45 or 60 minutes with our coach and benefit from an initial basic video analysis of your swimming style.

  • Free swimming

    The "Free Swim" option allows for individual training in two lanes divided by speed and can be booked weekly. An experienced coach ensures safety, and equipment such as fins and kickboards are provided. The limited number of participants guarantees comfortable training conditions.

Our coaches for triathlon training and private lessons for adults are all competitive athletes and have either already had triathlon experience themselves and/or have trained several triathletes. All coaches are highly trained and can provide you with excellent support in achieving your goals. We offer a variety of options to help you achieve your goals: private lessons, courses, workshops, video analysis, training planning...all from a single source. And if you need tips for the other two sports, we can help you too. We have excellent connections in the Basel region.
