Learn to swim front crawl in 90 minutes! – Together we'll look at the core elements of front crawl swimming, including exercises for independent practice. You'll also receive a waterproof booklet for the pool with useful tips, sample workouts, and one-month access to our extensive video library with various front crawl technique exercises.

This workshop is for beginners and advanced students. You'll learn not only the WHAT and HOW, but also the WHY.

    • Prerequisite: You can already swim at least 50 meters (no matter what technique, breaststroke, crawl, etc.)

    For beginners and advanced learners:

    In the 90 minutes you will learn the most important exercises for:

    • The correct breathing technique
    • The right kick
    • The right water position
    • The correct arm stroke technique

    After 90 minutes, you will know great exercises and have received important tips that will help you improve your individual crawl technique when swimming independently.

    You also receive:

    • A waterproof booklet with documentation of what has been learned, useful tips and example training.
    • 1-month access to our video library with a variety of technical exercises including error images
