Course content
NEW: Deep/Shallow Water Combo
Experience Aqualetics' new deep/shallow water aqua fitness class – 30 minutes of shallow water and 30 minutes of deep water training in one session. This combination offers a comprehensive workout for your fitness.
Our aqua fitness classes combine gymnastics, conditioning, coordination, and relaxation exercises. They improve your flexibility, strength endurance, and circulation – all while being gentle on your joints. In addition to rhythmic movements to music, the program also includes running sessions in the water. Feel weightless while strengthening your muscles and increasing your performance.
In shallow water, you'll train full-body and isolated muscle groups; in deep water, exercises with and without equipment provide variety and an intensive workout. Our trained aqua fitness coaches will provide professional guidance and motivation.
This course is suitable for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. Please note that swimming skills are required.

In the Aqualetics aqua fitness course, exercises are primarily performed in deep water – with and without aids. For variety and for individual sessions, shallow water exercises are also practiced.

- New subscription option: Aqua fitness courses can now also be purchased as a subscription. This option guarantees you a spot in the subsequent course and means you only have to register once. Of course, when you click "Book," you can choose whether you want to book the course as a single course or as a subscription.
Starting Monday, February 10, 2025, at 6 p.m. , the swimming courses will be open for registration for current customers after the carnival holidays (March-June 2025). All current customers will receive a password for booking. New customers can book their places starting February 17, 2025. The new course dates will be visible here by February 7, 2025 at the latest.
