In small groups, you'll learn the correct swimming technique. From beginners to triathletes and masters swimmers, we offer the right course or training program. We developed the Aqualetics swimming concept for adults and have been successfully applying it in our courses and training sessions for over a year. Our swim coaches will show you how to move efficiently and effectively in the water.

Would you like to learn to swim? Did you never have the opportunity to do so as a young adult, or perhaps you were always afraid of the water? Then you've come to the right place!
The Aqualetics Basic 1 course is all about familiarizing you with the element of water and learning the most important fundamentals of swimming. Together, we'll build your confidence in the water and help you overcome your fear of water. You'll learn proper breathing and the basic principles for moving forward safely and relaxed.

Basic 2

Do you want to learn to swim? – Then you've come to the right place!
The Basic 2 course from Aqualetics is perfect for you if you are not afraid of water but cannot yet swim properly.
Basic 3
Short description of course objectives
- 25 m freestyle swimming
- be able to keep their head above water for several minutes and swim in deep water
- Jump into the water

The Aqualetics Basic 3 course is perfect for you if you're not afraid of water and can already move around in it. Do you want to swim in a relaxed pool while chatting with someone? Then this course is perfect for you!
Advanced
Can't swim front crawl yet, or are you completely out of breath after 25 or 50 meters? Is the stiff neck you get from breaststroke starting to get on your nerves?
In our crawl courses , the Aqualetics coaches will show you the tips and tricks you need to feel comfortable in the water and move efficiently.

If you're aiming to improve and train your swimming technique and endurance, then you've come to the right place! The focus is on individually optimizing your crawl technique and other swimming strokes, combined with guided training consisting of aerobic and anaerobic series.

Proper swimming training for triathletes
A good swim will save you energy for the last two disciplines in a triathlon. We'll show you how! Long arm strokes, regular breathing, no rushing, and supporting leg kicks – the recipe for a good swim. This training focuses on both endurance and correct technique.

For triathletes and aspiring triathletes
Are you already swimming several hundred meters of freestyle in a row and would like to optimize your technique and endurance?
Our highly trained Aqualetics coaches will show you tips and tricks for every swimming position so that you can glide through the water even more efficiently.
Free swimming
Your individual training time
The "Free Swim" option allows for individual training in two lanes divided by speed and can be booked weekly. An experienced coach ensures safety, and equipment such as fins and kickboards are provided. The limited number of participants guarantees comfortable training conditions.

- Individual swimming training : Use of the provided swimming lanes for targeted technique and endurance training.
- Clear lane division : divided into speed levels for harmonious training.
- Maximum number of participants : Two lanes for a maximum of 10 people – plenty of space and consideration.
- On-site safety : Experienced swim coaches with lifeguard training ensure a safe environment.
- Accessories included : Fins, kickboards and pull buoys are available free of charge.
- Example trainings : Distance suggestions from 500 m to 3000 m to inspire your training

Registration for courses
Important information
- It is also possible to join the course during the course, provided there are still places available.
Starting Monday, February 10, 2025, at 6 p.m. , the swimming courses will be open for registration for current customers after the carnival holidays (March-June 2025). All current customers will receive a password for booking. New customers can book their places starting February 17, 2025. The new course dates will be visible here by February 7, 2025 at the latest.
