Challenge follow2swim - Aqualetics

🏊‍♀️ follow2swim – our new challenge starts!

Tomorrow is the day: With follow2swim we have launched a challenge that combines sport, community and social media in an exciting way.

The idea is simple:
👉 Sandrine swims as many meters as we have followers on Instagram.
Currently, that's 393 meters—easy, right? But the more of you follow, the more Sandrine has to put in the water.

Live – early in the morning

It starts every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 a.m. You can watch the training live on YouTube or watch the recording later.

In half an hour, Sandrine completes tough workouts that will get your heart rate up. So you know what's on the agenda, we always publish the training plans (1,000 m, 2,000 m, or 3,000 m) one day in advance in our Aqualetics Academy. Register for free and get the respective training sessions.

More than just drawing lanes

What makes the challenge special: Sandirne provides live commentary during the swim. This way, you not only get an insight into the training, but also tips, perspectives, and maybe a funny saying or two from the water.

Your influence

The best part: You decide how many meters Sandrine can swim – simply by following us on Instagram and YouTube. Every new person means more distance for Sandrine and more action for you.

👉 Be there, support us with your follow and become part of f ollow2swim .
We're really looking forward to this journey together—and are excited to see how Sandrine's muscles cope. 😅💪
